Stash Investments:
The banking revolution has begun.
Stash Financial partnered with Method Studios to create a cinematic launch film introducing its new banking services and card. Instead of a traditional financial explainer, the film follows a character named John through a dystopian city controlled by Debt Bots, using the environment, neon advertising, and visual storytelling to contrast traditional banking with a path toward greater financial freedom.
I served as Lead 3D Designer, overseeing much of the final look development and rendering. Assets, animation, and simulations created in Maya, Houdini, and Marvelous Designer were passed into Cinema 4D, where I handled texturing, Octane rendering, lighting, scene layout, camera animation, and final scene refinement.
The project was especially ambitious given its short schedule and small team. Working across design, animation, VFX, and compositing, we completed the full film on time, including an expansive city environment and numerous custom billboards that helped support the narrative throughout the piece.
