Jason M. Diaz

Born in Santo Domingo and raised in Dallas–Fort Worth, Jason studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design before beginning his career in New York City. There, he spent nearly a decade collaborating within large studio teams across broadcast, film, and technology, developing both high-end craft and a deep understanding of production workflows.

In 2022, he joined Amazon as an L6 Senior Motion Designer within the Devices Brand Studio. His primary focus was supporting major global moments such as Amazon’s Fall Launch Events and Prime Day, creating product visuals and motion assets seen by millions. He partnered closely with brand, product, and engineering teams to translate complex ideas into clear visual systems, while also contributing to internal vision films and exploratory product storytelling.

As a freelancer, Jason has led projects end to end, working directly with clients from concept through final delivery. He builds scalable production pipelines alongside the creative, bridging gaps between design and VFX workflows to maximize both efficiency and visual quality.

He specializes in Cinema 4D, Octane, procedural simulation workflows, and particle systems. In recent years, he has expanded into AI-driven creative systems, integrating generative video tools and node-based workflows into professional production pipelines.

He believes that strong technical systems enable stronger creative expression.

Based in Seattle, Jason continues to explore the evolving relationship between human creativity and intelligent tools.
